We guarantee our Merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects, and will accept any defective item for return or refund. RETURNS
within 30 days of original purchase: Ellie Bauman and co. gladly accepts returns of unworn unwashed, or defective merchandise for full refund. Returns must be accompanied by the original reciept and will be made in the form of the original payment. If the original reciept is unavailable, we'll make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit based on the current selling price. after 30 days of original purchase: Ellie Bauman and co. will gladly make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit for the price at the time of the sale (with original reciept) or for the current selling price (without original reciept). All refunds and exchanges require a government-issued photo ID. PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Ellie Bauman and co. gladly honors a one time price adjustment within 7 days of the retail purchase or mail order ship date if accompanied by the original reciept. MAIL CHECK
A mail check will be issued for all returns on items purchased with a personal check. Please allow at least 14 business days for mail check to arrive.You may return your purchase by mail. Simply fill out the Return Form enclosed in your package (to avoid any delay in processing your refund, please ensure the form is thoroughly completed). Please mail the completed form, original invoice and the item(s) you wish to return to the address on the form. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs when effecting a return.
